SCAM SCAM SCAM! Please read this!!!
I am planning a trip for my sister's bachelorette and found a price that seemed too good to be true. Their site looks professional, but they are scammers!
I copy and pasted their description into google to figure it out, and they took the house and description from another (reputable and established) villa rental site (The Jatina Group).
I called the other company they said sadly some people do this and said they have the old photos and not even the new one so I wonder how long they have actually been doing this to people. The other place was pretty upset

Sharing our experience so that others can avoid the same disaster we had with Maruca.
We were initially so excited to book the Villa Carriage House (4 bed, 2 bath) over 2 months in advance on 9/6/21 for a group of 5, and paid the upfront deposit, even filled out a 12 page contract with SSN info, etc. We planned an entire itinerary around our booking, including onsite spa services and restaurant rsvps.
One week before our trip on 11/10, we received a text and email from Maruca (outside of our booking platform) stating "The owner has reached out to us to inform us he is to going to rent out the

An amazing host during our stay here! The place was spotless, and she even had a bowl of snacks as well as bottled water in the fridge for us. There were food menus left out for those unfamiliar to the area, which was very helpful. He was very accommodating, and we would not hesitate to book this with him again.
