Services
A Swim-Ex pool is available for aquatic therapy. Aquatic therapy is especially beneficial after joint replacement surgery as the water provides a buoyant medium for exercising without putting weight on fragile joints. Bel-Air Manor also offers long-term care, dementia, and end-of-life services. Knowledgeable and compassionate care is provided for long-term residents with chronic illness, dementia and other conditions.

My mother just had hip replacement surgery and is simply there for rehab. In the evenings, she has to call multiple times for her meds, missing at least 2 dosages each and every day which causes her leg and hip to spasm which is destroying any progress she has made the days before. She was told that she would receive Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy EACH once a day. So far she has had ONE PT meeting in a week. She is supposed to be up and walking every hour (which she was doing before leaving the hospital) now she is down to be able to walking FOUR STEPS with a walker for the first time

This is Mom’s 3rd visit for rehab. Everytime we are there, staff are awesome. Walking in front door, Lisa makes you very welcomed. Nurses are good & answers all questions. Supervisor Christine prompt returning message APRN very helpful in helping with adjusting meds. Therapy depts very thorough . The aides are very kind, and patient, especially Luz, Erin, Linda & Carmen, myra, nickette & others! . Housekeeping John & Ana hard working, keeping rooms clean. Dietary very understanding to changes. Food good for hospital food. . Cant say enough good things.

My Mother was there for rehab. I am a retired RN & this facility was horrible! On admission I signed paperwork that said I would be involved in my Mother’s care plan - never happened. Direct care staff were supposed to just assist my Mother with transfers, instead they just picked her up & put her in bed , which did not help her rehab @ all . They only took my mother to the bathroom twice in three weeks which I complained about daily to no avail! My mother was not treated with dignity & respect. Thanks goodness she is out & thriving in an assisted living apartment! The speech therapist was wonderful

This is one of the worst facilities I have dealt with in my life. They care absolutely nothing about their patients or their families. They give conflicting information depending on who you speak to and have zero interest in trying to coordinate those communications. They offer zero assistance for families who are truly in need and are only interested in getting you “off their books”. Forget trying to reach them for anything. They hardly answer the phone and when they do you have to leave messages. I left 6 messages for 3 different people and still got no response. They truly showed us where
