Trinity Hill Care Center
I would like to welcome you to Trinity Hill Care Center. My staff and I are dedicated to fulfilling our Center's mission of "Enriching the Lives of the Residents We Serve." We accomplish this goal every day by teaching our staff to look at our patients as guests and making their stay as comfortable, effective and enjoyable as possible.

Our resident rooms have been upgraded to include amenities like flat screen televisions that will make your stay with us more comfortable. Our "Point of Service" dining program is designed to give our residents the widest selection of meal preferences. Our dedication continues even after discharge with calls from our social work staff making sure that discharge arrangements are working as planned.
Services
Under the direction of an Infectious Disease Physician, the 30 bed HIV Specialty Care Unit at Trinity Hill is one of only two dedicated HIV units recognized by the State of Connecticut regulatory authorities as a specialized HIV program. Transitional Counseling, Post Discharge follow-up, and Social Services Support through our program's full time Social Worker.
The iRecovery Program is designed to treat substance use disorder and teach sober recovery skills with the goal of long-term sobriety and recovery. Instead, iCare iRecovery programs offer intensive counseling and recovery supports to residents while they receive medically necessary skilled nursing and rehabilitation care.
Although we provide a wide cross section of programs and services, our behavioral programs are what we are known for in Connecticut and often we are considered the only provider capable of caring for specific subsets of complex patients.

Behavioral Programs are led by dedicated behavioral program managers who are licensed clinicians and/or social workers, many are masters and doctoral level prepared, and are overseen by iCare's Vice President of Psycho-Social Services.
Trinity Hill Care Center's dietary and dining services program is designed to optimize each individual's nutrition and promote a healthy lifestyle. Recently we have moved to what is called a Point of Service dining program. Essentially this entails the use of movable food service tools like steam tray systems in order to serve the resident a hot meal at the bedside.
At Trinity Hill Care Center, our Social Services department is staffed with concerned, dedicated professionals. The Social Services team helps residents adjust to becoming members of their new community, work with residents on a one-to-one basis and serve as a liaison between staff and families. They are here to answer questions and offer support and guidance.

Great tasting today. Casual, friendly, informed staff and took the trouble to make some recommendations on what might be open on Easter Monday. Beautiful Syrah, taking a box home!

Large modern tasting room and really good Bordeaux style wines. Our host was an extremely well dressed young man with a good knowledge of the wines they were selling. Recommended winery to visit.

I went couple of weeks after the country moved to level 1. The service was poor and below the expectations. The gentlemen barely got close to deliver the tray with the wines and then went back to chat with its coworker. The tray that had a sheet that included information about the aroma profile. When asked the gentlemen of the cellar door about customer service, he didn't reply in a friendly way.

We were there in a quiet period, and were really well looked after by the gentleman assisting with tastings. There were several varieties, many of which we had not tried before. We were after something representative of the region and winery, so left with a bottle of The Homage, to cellar for some time. Worth dropping in if driving and visiting other wineries along the way.

Nice tasting in a lovely surrounding. Try to organize coming without a car, tasting is rather extensive (8 wines).
