I’ve used them a couple times once for a washer and twice for a dryer. The washer they fixed but the dryer was another story. They came out the first time and didn’t even look at the dryer and cleaned the dryer vent because they were certain the vent was clogged. The dryer vent vents to the roof. They vent up into the attic and tried to finish cleaning it that way and when they couldn’t they asked to cut a hole in the attic wall to get to the vent, they could just go on the roof? They didn’t finish the job and left me still not knowing if it’s the dryer or the vent that’s the problem
