I've been seeing Nellie for years and I'm always happy with the service and the results. Nellie recommended Microneedling a while back and I am so pleased with how it's regenerated my skin. Instead of being dull and lackluster, I feel like it glows, even first thing in the morning. I honestly wear less makeup and feel better about how I look.

I am sad to have to write this review but hopefully it can help someone realize what can happen when Botox goes wrong, after my third time getting Botox with Nellie I suffered from ptosis and now have to see my ophthalmologist, and according to Kaiser, possibly a neurologist for further evaluation. I received a Botox treatment to treat the 11s in my forehead on February 19, 2021. On March 4th, 2021, I literally woke up cross eyed! It was a serious moment of panic for me as I couldn’t even register the fact this could have been caused by the Botox until I jumped online. I called 424 Cosmetic Dermatology

I was very nervous since this was my first procedure. Nellie has the perfect balance of expertise and professionalism, with a down-to-earth approach and style that makes you feel comfortable and quickly puts you at ease. A potentially very painful procedure, was practically painless with the time taken and the technique Nellie employs. She has a knack for knowing exactly what to do to help you look your youthful best, without looking like you’ve just had “work done”. I highly recommend!

I had the IPL lasar treatment as well as some Botox and fillers. Nellie performed the work and she was so sweet and comforting as I had never done this before. She really took her tine to explain everything in detail and it made me feel relaxed knowing I was in good hands. The office space is adorable and very relaxing. The staff was very welcoming and I was greeted with big smiles. I love this place and will definitely be telling all my friends about 424 Cosmetic Dermatology. I’m turning 40 in December y’all and I’m glowing! This is me two days ago (no filter) on vacation in Townsend,Tennessee, just two weeks after seeing Nellie Blunt at 424 Cosmetic Dermatology! Nellie is the best! I got Botox before my wedding this past June, and Nellie was absolutely phenomenal to work with. This was my first time getting Botox done, but Nellie made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She is very good at what she does. 10/10 highly recommend! The staff in the office were friendly and helpful, plus the lobby was decorated so well I wish my house could look as good as the office. 424 Cosmetic Dermatology has many other services as well and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
