Vierra is a board-certified dermatologist who received her training at the University of California, San Diego, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Ruth Larson is a highly trained and respected dermatologist and Mohs skin cancer surgeon who combines meticulous care with warmth and compassion. She received her dermatologic training at UCLA and earned her medical degree from the University of Oregon.
As a board certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and Fellow of the College of Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology, she provides expert diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers.In fact, Dr. Larson has one of the highest cure rates for non-melanoma skin cancer, over 99% cure rate in over 8,000 Mohs cases with a 30 year follow up.

Dr. Ashley Rubin is a Board-certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs Surgeon. She is originally from Tennessee and grew up on a farm. She completed her undergraduate degree, under scholarship, at Vanderbilt University, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
She obtained her Medical Degree at Vanderbilt School of Medicine, then traveled west, with her husband, for her internship in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.Next, she completed her residency in Dermatology at the UCLA. She acquired additional training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, cosmetics, and laser and light-based therapies though her fellowship in Procedural Dermatology at UC San Diego.

My mom has been a patient here for years, she’s seen both Dr Elizabeth and Dr Mark Vierra and she absolutely loves them both. She’s not good with computers but she wanted me to pass along the message. Everyone here is so caring and kind. The front desk staff is incredibly pleasant and the medical assistants are helpful too. When Dr. Shipman transferred from the Navy Hospital to Bernardo Dermatology I followed her there. She had done MOS surgery on me previously and continued to monitor my skin. She trained me to use sunscreen and wear hats. When she left, Dr. London took over. So far I have been pleased with her care and plan to continue at this facility.
