In time, gravity, sun exposure and the stresses of daily life take their toll on our faces and necks. Deep creases appear beside the mouth, the jaw line slackens and becomes jowly, and the neck develops loose folds and fat deposits. Facelifts (Rhytidectomy) counteract these signs of aging by tightening muscle, removing fat and trimming excess skin, giving your face a fresher, youthful look.
Several factors, including aging, sun damage, smoking, stretching and obesity, can cause the eyelids to droop and sag as the supporting tissues deteriorate. This area is often one of the first to deteriorate, as the skin of the eyelid is thinner than the rest of the face. Eyelids that droop or bulge can cause people to appear much older or fatigued than they actually are.

My first breast augmentation was back in 2008 with Dr. Burnett, and it's what made me search for him 12 years later!
I was absolutely pleased with the first round, I was quite excited to have my implants exchanged. The only problem was after breastfeeding two babies, I was nervous about the choices available for a breast lift. I can't say enough about Dr. Burnett. If I could give all the stars in the sky on this review I would. His bedside manner is so amazing. He is friendly, funny and most of all makes you feel so comfortable. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I am one month post op and couldn't be happier. I waited for him to do my procedure for approx 4 years and I would wait all over again.

I am beyond impressed with my experience with Dr Burnett and his staff. My first appointment with Dr Burnett was a compassionate experience, I was completely comfortable by how helpful, understanding and kind he and his staff were. Being a breast cancer survivor it is very important to have an understanding surgeon. I interviewed several surgeons who treated me like a number.... and then I found Dr Burnett, he answered all my questions treating me with dignity and completely understanding how I felt about my body.

Hands down!! I got a breast augmentation and I am very satisfied with my results. The Dr is amazing. He was on time at the day of my surgery. He does his surgery's at Clovis Community Hospital. The staff was amazing at the hospital as well with the staff at the Dr. office. I have no complaints. Everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend him to all family and friends.

Stay away from this doctor at all cost! I had a primary rhinoplasty done with him years ago and have since had multiple revision surgeries (done in LA) to try and correct the damage he did to my nose. I had a deviated septum that he failed to fix, a hanging columella, collapsing of the left side of my nose, and a protruding tip that look aesthetically horrible! One of the worst mistakes of my life was opting to trust this doctor with surgery on my face. He should not be a practicing surgeon for all I'm concerned as he does not have the knowledge or skill set to be performing any plastic surgeries
