Preece Heating and Air is the only company we trust. Previously, we had another company servicing our heating and air conditioning systems yearly. That company told us there was a problem with one of our AC units and it should be replaced. We called Preece for a second opinion and are so thankful we did. They came right out and told us we did not need a new AC unit. In fact, ours should last many more years. Their honesty and professionalism is unmatched. From the time we received the initial phone call to schedule or repair, Preece Heating employees were very professional and pleasant. Our technicians, Tyson and Shaun, were extremely professional, courteous, polite and happy. They showed me the broken part and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would use their company services again.

Highly recommended Preece Heating & AC! They came as soon as they could (very impressed with how fast they could come evaluate the problem). They were very clean and professional.
