We have been with Americool for many years. Their service is always excellent. Whenever there's a problem they are there even on holidays. We just had a new 95% unit put in and couldn't be happier. Cools and heats in less time than the old unit, which is a cost savings to me. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I recommend them to anyone, residential or commercial.

Keith was absolutely wonderful. He came out and diagnosed my issue, and discussed pricing beforehand. He showed me why the broken part wasn't working and we discussed options of how to fix it. He also showed me how to keep my unit working more efficiently with things I can do without calling service. He ensured everything was working before he left and after an absolutely horrendous experience last year with another company, I highly recommend these guys! We'll certainly use them again in the future!

Last summer my AC went out. I called the same company my neighbor used (Right Now), and they told me I needed a new unit. I was about to do it when someone talked me into getting a second opinion. I called Americool. They ended up fixing the problem for $200. It’s a 13 year old unit and I know I’ll have to get a new one before too long, and these guys will definitely get my business! I also recommend their maintenance program. Keith was just out to recharge the coolant and and he’s so nice and honest. I appreciate this company so much! I tell anyone who asks to call them.

I signed up For their service which was supposed to include quarterly service visits to check my units and change my filters. Americool performed my first service and that was it. When I called to ask If they had come out at all over the last nine months I was told they had not. I would’ve never known, except the AC unit quit working so I had to call. The owner, Anthony, came out and said my unit needed a new compressor which just happened to cover the 900 or so dollars he owed me for the missed services. So I told him to order it and fix my ac unit. Today, my new heating and cooling company
