I have been with Desert West Insurance since I moved to Texas in 2008 for my insurance needs. I highly recommend them! There customer service is the BEST! I have multiple policies with them: homeowners, personal vehicles, commercial vehicle and landlord's insurance and they found me the best rates for the best coverage. Desert West Insurance Agency has been the greatest thing for our family regarding insurance from home to autos for over 15 years. Immediately after requesting a quote over 15 years ago we saved big money over the chain insurance companies and even though the amount saved have been reduced, the service has been than compensatory. I have read the comments from persons not happy with service and that is their choice, but as one who works with the support of customer service, I and my wife, my mom, and my in laws are always attended to in a manner that is friendly and professional.
