Recently used Richard Black at Staff Finders to help recruit a couple of Ops Manager for our plant and line. It was the first time we had engaged with Staff Finders so were stepping out of comfort zone a little. From our first meeting that disappeared. This is a recruiting agency with a single office in Beaverton. Sunny Gupta contacted me for a job. I have no clue if it's a contract, if it's permanent, what's the company ... too many things to ask and, honestly, I have no time for this kinds of games but I do have time to write a review to publicize a recruiter that is too lazy to communicate.

What an amazing experience! Girls&Guys, Ladies&Gentlemen! If you want to get a job in Edinburgh—go straight to Stafffinders! They are so empathetic, so understanding, so 'into you', i.e. the candidate.
Thursday morning I pop in, Friday afternoon I have an interview re potential role, a week on Monday I speak with potential Employers and... four days after I get a job proposal! Isn't that super service? So, from now on stop sending applications to job openings, it's a waste of your time and potential. Go straight to 139 George Street in Edinburgh and let real professionals do what they can do

Another "first experience with agency work" - dealt mainly with Rhian, but several other members of the team were helpful during annual leave/ jury duty.
I wandered in from George Street one afternoon with an idea of getting some temping work to keep me going while investigating a career change: had an appointment with Rhian the next day, who went through my CV with me and talked through my wishlist and options. She did a fantastic job converting my CV into something more useful for admin work - and had me in post really quickly.
Rhian also checked regularly where my manager and I were up to

Having had bad experiences with recruitment agencies before, I was a bit tentative about using another.

Staff Finders and their Technical division are an awesome company . I've always got paid on time and have worked for them 19 years on and off. They are highly professional , knowledgeable. They have IPC training Free for electronics which has helped me get many good paying positions. And full time career placements. They staff to Oregon's largest if not the worlds largest Semi Conductor manufacturer. And the opportunities are limitless. They care about each and every employee that works for them. I have see some people make false statements but of course there are negative self centered

My experience with Staffinders has been excellent. My contact in Staffinders (Rhian) is one of the most friendly recruiters I have ever met and put me at my ease immediately. She was able to take my strengths and find a job that suited them perfectly. I was able to secure a job within weeks of my first meeting with her. During the interview process I found Staffinders were incredibly supportive and would always walk me through the interview beforehand and check up with me afterwards to see how it went. I applied for a job advertised by Staffinders on the CV Library website, I am never sure when you apply through these online sites that your details get to where they need to be! so I called the Edinburgh office (Rhian Lewis) who were dealing with this particular vacancy. Even from the first contact I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly manner. I was kept informed of every step of my application, which I am delighted to say resulted in employment. They take the time to not only to look at your CV, skills, qualifications etc but to get to know you, which I feel is very important
