Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment and the lease buy-out fee is equal to two months of rent. The lease buy-out fee is due within 30 days from when the written notice has been provided. If the buy-out fee is not paid within 30 days, the notice to vacate is cancelled and a new 60 day notice must be provided.

Critical: Quality, Value
Don't waste your time. I was unable to get into my apartment because they changed the lock without notice. When I was finally able to enter my apartment, they left the TV on and music playing. The old lock was also left in the middle of my floor. I will be terminating my lease.

I recently started the process with moving into this complex and had to quickly bring it to an end after I was given one move-in date that was then moved 2 weeks out without reason. When the second move-in date changed I had to call THEM to see what time I could pick up my keys. This conversation turned into another move-in date change and this time I got the reason………..ROACHES!!! I worked with Jacy and I even ASKED her did they have a problem with roaches over the phone and she said “no”. Why lie? Please save yourself some time and some money and stay away from these apartments. I was

Staff is friendly, but seems like once they have you locked in a lease they don't care how your experience is. I wish staff would treat people like people, and not a rent payment. My move in was terrible (apartment was not ready) and there are roaches. I had to follow up several times for important things to be corrected. They never take initiative on making residents happy. Maintenance comes inside to view issues, then don't return to actually complete work orders (happened more than a handful of times). Sweet families live here, but some children are unsupervised and vandalize amenities. Then

I can say that even with issues from the apartment itself, management was willing to answer my questions and assist me in understanding any problems that I had.
There are things that I wish was done differently but the staff, primarily the property manager, has taken the time to help. Also the maintenance is really responsive.

If you can avoid living here please do. Many things have been spoken on already by other reviews. I can confirm them all to be true. From the lack of security (no cameras, cars broken into, people accessing pool outside of hours) to a roach infestation that they fine you for if your unable to have pest control enter (I was fined $150 for having COVID-19 and not allowing the pest control in).
My maintenance issues took 3 months after me moving into solve. The issue of my sliding screen door still hasn't been fixed. The people working for this company wouldn't even live here yet they want us to

Don’t do it! Waste of money. I regret moving here. The maintenance is horrible, the trash is ALWAYS overflowing and the people that live out here don’t respect the place enough to even keep up with it. I can’t wait until my lease is up. If they remolded the place and got more strict on the residents that live here, it wouldn’t be so bad.

I do love how friendly and helpful the staff was at this complex. Anytime I needed, they were on top of it. I'm not sure why people have complained online about bugs because they came into my apartment at least four times a year to make sure that I never had a bug issue. So don't listen to that nonsense. Staff and complex managers were amazing.

I would not recommend living here at all . The apartments aren’t even worth the high expensive rent that we pay . There is a huge roach infestation that needs to be handled . Whether you keep your house clean or not , you will see a roaches . The outside and inside of the apartments are truly dirty . They truly do not care about this . Little to nothing is done by maintenance. These apartments are truly not what they seem to be . Do not settle for this . My AC just went out , they said someone will be with me and it’s been 2 days !! they don’t care and it’s dirty here ! this is your advice

I have no issues currently with the apartment or staff. We have been here 4 months and every issue we have brought to their attention has been answered. Everyone in the office has been helpful as well. I even had a payroll issue with my job (Not my fault) and they offered a way to work through the issue until it was resolved. I can only speak for my experience. And we are enjoying our time here for now. Thanks to the staff for all you do.
