Services
The application fee is $45 per lease holder and guarantor. Minors do not pay application fees. We only accept certified funds for application fees and security deposits. When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for the other applicants or co-signers, so please plan accordingly!
For the safety of our prospective residents and our team members, we are conducting virtual and in-person social distancing apartment tours. Please schedule your tour below and we'd be happy to give you a personal video tour through FaceTime or Ring Central Video Meetings. In-person social distancing apartment tours will need to be arranged with your leasing specialist ahead of time.
If you wish to change your e-mail address you'll need to login with your old account and change it in the Resident Portal. If your e-mail address is different than the one you applied with, let us know and we can update it for you. If you set yourself up for auto-pay, navigate through your resident account to the payments section, you should see a recurring payment section and you can cancel or edit it there.

I have lived here for almost two and a half years. Really enjoy my neighbors and have good experiences with office staff like Kevin,Marcus and Whitney. Couple issues when I first moved here but the maintenance staff has been consistent and very responsive to my work orders. Overall quiet and friendly development.

Honestly, the apartments are OK but they’re WAAAAAAAAAAAY overpriced. The area is good and the school district but these apartment are overcharging. The “updated” apartments are cheap. My drawers that don’t pull out in the kitchen and bathroom always fall off. The dishwasher wasn’t installed all the way, the doors weren’t closing all the way and there’s a good chance when you move in your heat or air won’t work. The “wood floors” are nothing but peel and stick wood so you have to be careful or else it comes up. Valet trash is a plus but be aware they want you to bring the nasty

I have been a resident here for almost two years and the staff has been excellent to work with. They are courteous, professional and very attentive. The community is clean, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, services, and major highways. Our unit is very modern with many amenities. Excellent value.

The office staff is helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is efficient. The apartment rent, size and noise level between apartments is about average for the area. The neighborhood is fairly quiet most of the time and the the residents I have met are friendly. I am on my second year of being with the community and am satisfied with what the community has to offer.

Been here since Aug 2021, worst apartment I have ever lived in!!!!! You pay $1300 for a 2 bedroom for the air not to work. I have called several times. Every time they come the air works for 2 days and it goes back out!!!! Just horrible. I haven’t lived here for even 60 days yet and I have put in so many work orders for nearly every room in my apartment it makes no sense whatsoever. I cannot wait til my lease is up and I can RUN RUN RUN from away from this place. Do not rent here! Just horrible. Dishwasher is half way put in.

I have been a resident of The Estates at Brentwood Lakes for about 5 years. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues but Any that I’ve had they have always addressed in a timely fashion. I’ve never had any issues being a resident. Me & my neighbors have been longtime neighbors so That’s a plus. The office staff is pleasant every time I’ve spoken with them. The trash valet is also great feature. And the kids out here aren’t “bad”, they’re just kids. Lol They also have nice events for the residents and the kids.
