French Run Apartments

Me and my family lived here for more than five years and we absolutely loved it. This apartment is very welcoming, safe, and overall great place for family. Vicki, the property manager, is very nice and helpful. Whenever we had a maintenance emergency, we would call Vicki and she would send someone right away. The area is also very beautiful and clean and we made many wonderful memories at French Run. Thank you Vicki!!!

We as a family stayed in this place for 7 and a half years, raised children from primary school all the way to college. Peaceful community and cooperative management and maintenance . We recommend this place to someone looking for peaceful residence and comfortable location close all you need.

French Run Apartments was not only a great place to live, but really helpful to us. This was the perfect option for us as we were having our house built. Vicki was such a nice person to work with and very accommodating she really worked with us. They have great options with short term leases, the ability to add more time (with timely communication of course) when our house was delayed, pet friendly, options to have apartments with differing size patios and some green space. We lived there many years ago and have wanted to return. All appliances were furnished washer/dryer, dish washer, garbage exposal, microwave...and 2 bed. 2 bath...I loved these apartments and would live there again...

I lived here for two years and it was okay. Vicki in the office is the one of the only good parts about this place. The only real issue I had was when one of office representatives ILLEGALLY opened my mail and deposited a $2,000 check in my name into their account. My car was also broken into twice while living here and my belongings were found on the opposite side of the complex.

My boyfriend moved into this complex 2 years ago and while it is a bit older I love the charm that comes with this home. During his first year there, he and his room mate shared a 2 bedroom in a secured building, which was nice because it felt safe and secure. The halls were heated and cooled for the temperature outside. There never were too many issues with the apartment and when there was all of our requests were dealt with within the first 24 hours, after they lived there for a year together my boyfriend and I decided it was time to get a place together. Very nice area but I was visiting a friend that had just moved in and it looked threw together the closet door broke within 2 weeks the garage disposal wasn't working the heat seemed like it had to be on 78 for you to fill it and the bathroom tissue dispenser was broken after a few days

Loved these apartments would recommend them to anybody. Quite neighborhood , niece size apartments, great leasing agent who is sweet and friendly. Maintenance always get the job done on time. Definitely a place you would LOVE to call home. Definitely would go back if I could

Nice two bedroom apartment. Smallish "L" shaped kitchen, two full bedrooms, and a small patio. Washer/dryer hookup. Living/dining room has a ceiling fan. Good sized rooms. Cable hookup provided.

I've lived her for almost a year now, my mother in law has lived here for over two years and we've NEVER had any issues. We might run into a couple of things that need a fix up, but Vicky at the office is great and she is ON TOP of her game about the safety of her residents. She really does care for everyone here. A lot of older people live here which makes it very quiet. I would recommend this place to almost anyone! Great location, you're only 5 minutes from 270, you're near East Broad which has everything you need, 10 minutes from Pickerington and only 10 minutes from the airport.
