Ms. Bakalar, a shareholder in the Firm and its founding partner received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1990 and her Masters of Law (L.LM) in Real Property from the University of Miami in 1991. Ms. Bakalar was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996, Mr. Wilder's client representation has run the gamut from small claims, administrative and arbitration hearings to the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Beginning his legal career representing State Farm and other national insurance carriers, Mr. Wilder began representing community associations in all of their legal needs which included collections, covenant enforcement disputes and land use matters.Since that time, Mr. Wilder has also represented hundreds of other clients in countless civil, commercial, intellectual property and transactional disputes.

Mr. Raymond A. Piccin was admitted to practice in Florida in 1998. Mr. Piccin received his undergraduate degree in Accounting in 1992 (B.S.) from the State University of New York at Albany, received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1996 (J.D.) and his Masters of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996 (M.B.A.).
The Law Offices of Bakalar & Associates, P.A. provides all phases of legal representation for Community Associations with special emphasis on the collection of Association assessments and general corporate needs. Under normal circumstances, the Firm advances costs and defers attorney s fees related to the collection process.
