Contacted this company weeks ago as we're interested in a custom-fabricated fire pit for our yard. Was told by their production manager that yes, this was something they could do and that the production time would be about two weeks. Emailed specs as requested - never heard back. Followed up again - never heard back. Contacted the owner today. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me they are too busy for this kind of project and that frankly he couldn't see why I couldn't just purchase what I was looking for online.
