Even on a busy night, we were able to be seated almost immediately. We had several people come to our table to take care of us as they were scrambling to keep up with all of the guests, and they were all friendly and helpful. We didn't wait long for our food and it was consistently good as always. We will definitely continue to come back and would recommend to anyone who likes quality Asian cuisine.

Best sushi in tc in terms of food quality. The fish is very fresh. The menu is large, but I've not had anything on it that wasn't tasty and will prepared yet after a handful of visits and take out orders over several months. Service is polite and responsive. So far I've only dined in for sushi. I'll update when I've checked out the grill experience.

I was very impressed with the experience. I had the Kani salad ,which was filling , then the angel kiss roll and the Shanghai la roll I thought I could eat it all but I just couldn’t finishing up with three of each left. Everyone was very nice and my server unforgettable!!!!! I hope to get back again soon! Thank you for the awesome meal!

Staying in Kalkaska for a few nights for work and wanted sushi so bad! Drove about 35 minutes and got the yummy roll and a hibachi dinner. Got it back to the hotel, still warm and sooooo delicious!! Best sushi I’ve had in a long time! Portions were huge for the price and would definitely come back if I were in the area!

My wife and I visited Traverse City for our anniversary. It was hard finding a place that was open because it was Labor Day. Fuji was one of the few places that was open. It was hard to find because it is located in a strip mall that was not on the main road. It wasn't the cleanest place, but the service was good. We ordered 4 rolls of sushi and it ended up being almost $70. It was good quality sushi, but I think it was still a little overpriced. Overall it was a good experience.
