I lived in Park Row for a year and have no complaints. My apartment was clean upon move in, I never had a problem with pests, and it was quite. I lived in a basement apartment that had shades and also had window tint for some privacy. I never had a problem communicating with the office and when I needed something, it was addressed immediately. Darci was always very pleasant to talk with and she always followed up with me if needed. For example, a hallway smoke alarm was beeping one night and by the next afternoon it was fixed. STAY AWAY. With the exception of the maintenance team, the staff absolutely does not care about your living. I had three major issues with this place.
1. The BUGS INFESTATION. Basement apartment, old building “nothing we can do” said pest control. Granted they did have pest control over often for us, but they told us because of the old wood, these ‘Rollie pollie’ bugs are inevitable. Property is in a good location---- Looking for something closer to work since I work at Albany Medical Center. Office woman, Jessica E. Paquin, is very sweet and knowledgeable. 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and has a lot of closet space. Grounds were very well taken care of. Prices ranged but were decent ---- looking to move in May of 2019-- I WILL be coming back

This place is really great, very clean, nice and quiet. You rarely even see any other tenants around the area.Everyone keeps to themselves from what I see.I had an issue with another tenant, and the property manager met the situation very fair and evenly for bothsides.Jessica E. Paquin is really an exceptional and one of the best property managers I've ever seen ! Good job Park Row !!The grounds staff are the best also, any issues get fixed fast an timely, but because of the prompt up keep there rarely is an issue for me.
Thank You, L.H.

My elderly uncle a World War II vet lived at Park Row for many years. He paid his rent early every month and never asked for any upgrades to his apartment and it declined. Park Row representatives inspected his apartment, agreed that work needed to be done, promised to do it then did nothing. He, at times endured cockroaches and mice when other units were remodeled. The critters migrated to his unit. My uncle finally passed and I was asked to sign a release, write my address on it and my uncles deposit check would be sent to me for his estate. The date on the release was Feb 12, 2015, one day after
