I want to put this review as a thank you to Mike for his advice and helping to ease my concerns. My anxiety was high from all our rain, and he recognized that and helped talk me through what I really needed, and offered several referrals. Mike was recommended by our plumber. Our galvanized pipe under the sink leaked in 3 places creating a 10x15 debris field of horrible smelling rotten food and pond of leaked fluid. He had to get to it through a crawl space which is accessed within a room in our home. He was prompt, clean, professional, honest, and we felt extremely comfortable from beginning to end. He didn’t rush the job he gave it the time necessary to complete the job so the plumber could come. He even came Saturday and Sunday over a period of 12 days of work. Mike was great! He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. We called him when we discovered we had a long time water leak and black mold. He explained the process of abatement got to work in a timely manner. We felt safe remaining in our house because of him being able to isolate the mold.

My hot water pipe's pin-hole leak was now fixed; however, I had water underneath my engineered wood floors, and my drywall and 1-3/4 inch sub-floor was wet. I did my research on BBB and other review sites for local water damage restoration businesses. All Dry and Tidy was A+ with 5-stars everywhere! Called Mike Crawford. He came that afternoon at the appointed time, did a thorough review including the crawl space, took moisture sensing numbers, answered my questions, price was reasonable and I hired him on the spot! He brought in his equipment and was able to start that afternoon the drying process

He found some problems with the external window seal and offered some solutions and pointed me towards other businesses that might be more helpful and specialized in the repairs I needed.

Mike returned my message very quickly and came out to my house the next day, a Saturday. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Because it turned out to be a relatively minor issue he told me how to address it myself and didn't even want to charge me. I can't recommend Mike highly enough.

We called Mike at 9pm one night dealing with an ongoing moisture issue that has been causing mold growth in our home. I was very anxious about it, and despite it not being emergent, Mike spent 20 minutes talking to me. He then came out to our home and spent an hour checking it out and advising my husband and I on what to do, even though his services weren't what we needed. Mike is extremely competent, and genuinely wanted to help us vs. sell us a useless band aid product like other companies we had dealt with. He's knowledgeable about all things moisture related, and helped calm us down

Our main sewer line overflowed and flooded our house. This is our first house and we moved in 2 months ago. This was the first time in my life dealing with this issue. It kinda rocked our world. Mike Crawford from ALL DRY AND TIDY helped us out not only with the mitigation process but also gave us a lot of useful advise to deal with the situation. He did a very good job drying out our house. Wow what a great guy who really knows his stuff. I had been experiencing a really bad smell in my downstairs bathroom each time I put the AC heating on and I presumed it was something that had maybe died in the duct vent. First I called out pest control to see if they could see anything but they immediately said it was a sewer problem. They recommended Mike Crawford at All Dry and Tidy and boy am I glad they did. I called and left a message and he called me back within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived and confirmed straight away that the smell was a sewer

He brought some moisture sensing equipment and got down on his hands and knees and inspected everything. He was extremely thorough and investigated every possible source of the moisture/bad smell. After living here for years and trying many things, but never figuring it out -- Mike figured it out in 30 minutes! Because it was a duct problem and the smell was from air under the house, he couldn't fix it. But he didn't even charge us a dime

Mike Crawford the owner of All dry and Tidy is amazing. He did a great job of locating black .mold in our carpet and walls and was able to use his skills to eradicate it. I am so .thankful I found him. He left our house in great condition, and can I say all dry and tidy?! He also gave me phone numbers to other specialists that do Hvac work (Which is the place it was leaking from into our house.) A sheet rock and painting specialist, tile person So we could finally get rid of linoleum which is problematic too. I really appreciate Mike And if you have any water damage I would recommend you give him
