Serv Pro and their representatives were extremely responsive to our emergency situation of water leaks and damage. When the representatives arrived, they addressed our every concern and were very good at communicating what steps they were taking to control our leakages and damage. We used ServPro for damaged flooring from a broken hose in our bathroom sink. Our insurance company scheduled another company to come out to assess the damage but after looking at the reviews I decided to call ServPro. I called at 7am thinking I would leave a message but Vanessa answered the phone and was out to our house at 10:30am. She was very thorough in assessing the water damage and letting us know what the entire process would look like. She gave us confidence that she would work directly with the insurance company and confirm all of the work they would need to do would be covered and paid

A family member had a pipe in the kitchen burst. When asked to help out, I called Vanessa over at ServPro.
Wow !! She and her team came and went above and beyond for us. I am sooooo happy that we called them. The response time was quick, the services were well done and I am pleased with the outcome.

Vanessa and her crew were very professional and timely in repairing the water damage to my home. This included dry wall repair, painting and baseboard replacement. I had a water loss at my home and I was referred by my insurance company to contact SERVPRO of Antioch. I am sure glad my insurance company turned me over to the experts that know exactly what they are doing, they were quick, professional, thorough, listened to all my concerns and addressed each one of them. I had a hot water pipe brake in my house and it flooded my bathroom and hallway . I called Servpro Antioch and had service right away. Jose came that evening and the rest of the crew were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very please with their work ethic and job well done. Had an emergency situation with our water heater unexpectedly spewing water all over carpet and not to mention moisture into our walls. Great experience with this location! This business was referred by another damage restoration company that didn't have availability to come to our house. After calling, the front desk scheduled an inspection within hours of my initial call concerning possible water damage. They honestly and thoroughly evaluated my crawl space and master closet and luckily confirmed no damage. To my surprise, all of their time was complimentary since the inspection was during business hours. Wow! If we need damage restoration, we'll use this company again.

We had a water leak last week on the interior of our house that flooded a room and out into the hallway, but Vanessa and Art showed up and I handled everything. They were knowledgeable, professional, and brought a calmness to a very stressful situation. They explained everything they were doing, what the equipment would be doing, and absolutely went above and beyond what was expected. Vanessa even offered to be present when the insurance adjuster came (which I gladly took her up on). I can't speak highly enough of the team and Servpro.
