Mike Cola Fitness (formally Forever Fit) was founded in 1989, in Westchester, NY by Mike Cola. Mike gave his clients an alternative to the mass market, do-it-yourself approach to fitness. He provided the most recent scientific research along with years of practical experience to design effective one-on-one fitness programs specifically tailored to the needs of each client.
This is a good program if you don't want to work with a personal trainer all the time but want a personalized program that you can perform on your own or if you want to try personal training to see if you like it. The goal of this program is to design and instruct the proper exercise program for a client.

Thanks to Mike's training skills and sophisticated knowledge of the body and diet, I quite literally feel ten years younger. In my 50s, I lost 15 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle, and due to some specifically designed leg work, my sore, aching knees no longer hurt.
