Our Virtual sessions can be a combination of Pilates Mat, and other strength/core training including Weight Training, Bosu, Fitball, StepBench for Cardio or for use as a weight bench, Wedge, Resistance Band, Weighted balls, Ring.any prop we can think of to have fun with!

Lorraine Canzoniero, MS, is co-owner of Bedford Pilates and Fitness Studio since 2003 with sister, Dale Weber. Lorraine started her career working in Human Resources. She joined forces with her sister and started a dance-fitness company for fun (in between jobs!) Who knew it would be her lifetime career!
