Willow Crest Apartments

Very friendly and safe apt complex. Under a great management, maintenance and security are on site.

It would be nice if they let their residents know where they are allowed to park and NOT TO PARK.

Diane and Vanessa are the best office staff I have ever had while living in apartments! They are always very friendly and ready to help. The office is very often running a contest or giving away things and while there I won gift cards or money off of my rent multiple times. Maintenance requests are done very quickly. The apartment is a good size and a good price. I moved into these apartments as a temporary solution and ended up staying for 3 and a 1/2 years!

Been living here for a few weeks now. Hadn’t had any problems with the apartment until about 3 days ago. Plumbing went crazy on one of my toilets and started overflowing. I had to dry up the water from the floor and managed to turn the toilet key off. Called “emergency maintenance” to let them know about the problem and they did not care at all. Said as long as it’s not flowing into someone else’s apartment and we managed to turn it off we are good until they have time to come take a look at it. But as soon as I try to turn it back on it starts overflowing again. So I have no guest bathroom

Cons:
Had roaches, leaks, and the refrigerator was broken for the last 5 months of our lease. Can only have two people at the pool per apartment (even if you live there with your kiddos, only TWO at a time) the one month out of the year that it is actually open. Our apartment looked like a different apartment complex then the one they showed us when checking out the property. Also we got a whole $2 from our deposit.
Pros:
They do have a camera in their laundry room that can be reviewed if anyone messes with your stuff. They offer new movie rentals from the office and do give-aways

Wonderful place to live. We were there for a yr n 6 months and had no issues. If anything breaks down there maintenance crew is right on it. People that work there are wonderful and attentive. Our neighbors were very respectful and friendly. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Abilene.

Place was great while I lived there. Nice aroma of bacardi laced puke from a ginger on rare occasions. Good scenic views of swat raids as a rare treat. Balcony had a nice slope to it which leveled out when 15 people were on it during regularly scheduled house parties. If I ever ran out of TV to watch I knew that the thin walls would soon provide hours of quality domestic abuse entertainment. Toilets flushed a little on the noisy side. I did receive feedback from the neighbors underneath us that we should reduce toilet flushes to a minimum so that they wouldn't be bothered. Tons of social activities
