Services
One of the most important aspects to an effective psychotherapeutic experience is feeling like you can talk openly with your therapist. In our first few meetings, we will work together to determine if you feel comfortable with my approach and style. I will ask for your thoughts or reactions, and we will develop a treatment plan.
Therapy is an opportunity to get to know yourself better and decide if there are other choices and/or life paths available to you. It is not an easy process, but many find that it is well worth the effort. I am interested in helping you make the best use of this opportunity. In terms of my background and training, I graduated with my Doctorate in Psychology from The George Washington University.
Please note that this feedback was posted to the review sections of websites such as Google, Angie's List., Health Grades, or Wellness.com. I have not and will not request written feedback about my services. Lhulier is marvelous. She is very insightful, patient, and focused. I know it is a cliche, but she makes me feel like I am her only client.
We are fortunate to live in an area where there are many helpful organizations that can provide support, information, and hope to those in need. I invite you to check out a few of these valuable non-profits or service organizations. If you have specific questions about their work, please contact them directly.
