Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. A new ring that was supposed to take 4 weeks was still not completed at 12 weeks with no end date given. The ring I gave him to use as the base was cut up and is now unusable. I have less than when I started this process. I would never treat a client like I was treated.

I'm not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but this was the only place I've ever been to to fix my engagement ring and they messed it up. I have a diamond ring with a pave diamond band that contains 27 diamonds and one center cut in the prongs. I went in to get the prongs holding my diamond tightened and I ended up getting a ring back with a poorly placed cubic zirconia on the pave band where a diamond once was. The misplaced cz wasn't even slotted correctly because it wasn't the size of the stone that was previously there.

Absolutely fantastic and kind service today. I needed a watch band replaced on a dress watch. The nice lady in the front took my watch and then brought it back within 5 minutes, with the original strap in a nice bag. She refused to accept any payment for their services, stating that it only took a short time. I will definitely do business with them again soon and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

I was looking to correct years of "repairs" from a chain store jeweler. Eddie Wade offered suggestions and remounted my 7/8 ct. Solitaire and strengthened the areas weakened by the other "repairs". When I got my ring back it took my breath away! It looks better than when we first bought it! My heirloom diamond is in a solid mount, and my ring gets compliments from strangers!
