Lou's Jewelry is family owned and operated and has been since 1975. Lou Sherrer started the store with her son Steve. When Tim, her youngest, graduated from high school he joined the team and earned his Graduate Gemologist Degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Steve is our Certified Master Bench Jeweler and specializes in custom design.
Today Steve and Tim currently own the business and are joined by their children and spouses to create a unique experience based on customer service and an unwavering dedication to quality jewelry. Services
Buying a diamond is a very personal experience. Diamonds can be bought to signify love, significant accomplishments, milestones in your life or that of a gift's recipient. Unlike when you buy clothing, electronics, or cars, the features of a diamond may not seem quite so obvious to you. We would like to change that.
My husband and I will never buy from anywhere else! Cindy and Tim made my dream ring come true with the ring we designed! They are wonderful people and make sure everything is right! The day we walked in we not only got our rings we found new friends. Lou's was nothing short of amazing in helping us with my engagement ring!
We offer written appraisals for insurance, estate, and personal purposes. Our appraisals are done by two Gemological Institute of America (GIA) trained Graduate Gemologist with more than 35 years of experience in jewelry appraisals. Whether it is sorting between what is precious metals and gemstones or doing a full appraisal on certain pieces, our staff would love to work with you and answer any question you may have.
Re-designing your jewelry can be a great experience. Why not take those older, perhaps out of date designs, and re-make them into something new and current; a new look that fits your style today.

We offer in-store goldsmithing. At Lou's Jewelry our Goldsmiths pride ourselves in the quality of our service; not only the personal treatment you will receive when you walk in the door of one of our stores, but also the superior services offered by our in-house goldsmiths, watchmakers, engravers and jewelers.

Have to brag on everyone at Lou’s! This has been a couple year journey with them and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Started out with my engagement ring which I LOVED! Band was already made but my… husband chose the diamond to be placed in middle.
One year later they designed a custom band to go with her and fit around my peekaboo diamond.
Two years later he made a phone call and wanted my other band and that’s all it took!

Megan at Lou’s Jewelry is lovely !! I had the best experience designing my wedding set. I’ve been married 25 years and I wanted to upgrade my original set. Megan helped me with the design. I was able to use diamonds and gold from two family rings I was no longer wearing. I stayed on budget and now have a beautiful set with extra sentimental meaning. It turned out even more beautiful that I’d imagined. This is the only place to go for custom work. I will be back for sure!!!

Came in to resize a set if rings and fell in loved with this place, very surprised with the service. Usually upscale places they are very snobby when speaking to me since I really don't have a sense of style(I dress like a homeless person sometimes), but the employee here greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. Learned alot and saved me some money also, which is always a plus.. It was very refreshing to meet people who love what they do and is very friendly.

These guys are amazing. I went to several other jewelers before someone recommended Lou’s. I was trying to find someone to repair a necklace and everyone told me it would take around a month to get it back. Lou’s happened to have the parts in stock and fixed it in minutes. The staff was amazing and everyone was so kind and personable. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

I recommend Lou’s for so many reasons. The main reason is that this family has taken care of my families jewelry needs since my great grandfather started shopping with them. As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel at home. I walked in with a ring that Tim had originally designed 27 years earlier for my mother and father and we put it in a new setting for my now fiancé! Tim is the best in the business and I hope all of you come to see him!

I went in on Thursday morning 11-12 and needed an engagement ring sized, they put a rush on getting my ring done and had it completed by Saturday 11/14 it was perfect. My husband and I were looking for a jeweler to make my 15 year anniversary wedding set. I wanted something special and different but had very little ideas of what I wanted. Lou's was the first place we stopped and we are so glad we did! Tim was super helpful and had lots of design options....even websites where I could design my own ring and see… it. They also have a 3D printer which helps by putting your design on your finger! I ordered a pear shaped true Aquamarine stone for the middle (it's our birthstone) with the side diamonds chocolate (more like cognac) and white diamonds around the

I had 2 bracelets repaired, they were broke in half in the middle, when the repairs was completed (3 days ahead of schedule) OMG they looked better than when I purchased them. I looked everywhere for the perfect rose gold ring - and found it at Lou's Jewelry. They were reasonably priced and they are just wonderful people! I loved it so much, we bought my wedding set there as well, and my husband's wedding band.

We had the best experience picking out rings! Everyone is extremely nice and they welcome you with open arms! They made us feel extremely comfortable when choosing a ring! From the time we got engaged to our wedding day they did everything to make sure it was perfect. We will continue to use them when buying jewelry. I 10/10 recommend them!
