Had a leak in my garage and jamin came by to check it out. After his inspection he explained that the leak was not caused by the roof but by some untreated trim around the bedroom window. This is a testament to his honesty.

I called regarding a broken tile that Tesla had broken while recently installing solar panels. Tesla had done a final walkthrough after installations and sent a drone to inspect the installation and informed me that a tile was broken and slid down 6 inches or so.
Tesla was unresponsive about fixing the roof, and thus I reached out to Integrity Roofing Systems for help. It's rainy season and I'm very grateful that they responded immediately. I am absolutely not handy and had no idea what was wrong with my roof. To be precautious I called a number of guys for an estimate and they gave me solutions ranging from replacing an entire section of my roof to replacing the underlying area. Jamin on the other hand walks in finds the exact location of leak and puts in a temporary fix even before he gave me an estimate. i opted to get the permanent fix done for peace of mind but also cause I knew Jamin would do a great job and have my back if anything went wrong. We had just moved into a home which had an old leak that required repairing before the rainy season. Jamin came to look at our roof and was super thorough in explaining to us what the issue was and what was causing it.
Despite scheduling challenges due to covid, he was able to send his crew over to fix our roof before an upcoming storm. They were quick, professional, and provided us with pictures and videos of the roof.

I want to personally thank Jamin Broom owner of Integrity Roofing who helped me when I had another roofing company put on an IB PVC roofing system and did NOT seal it properly. We had rain pouring into our home on the first rain and that roofer went out of business no where to be found and I was not his only customer who had this happen to them! Sadly I ran into other roofing companies who didn't want to fix someone else's work (specifically PVC roofing). I found Integrity Roofing Systems on Yelp, I had an issue with squirrels channeling under my tile roof, the felt and a section of 1/2 plywood needed to be repaired. I contracted Jamin from Integrity Roofing System a few months back as there was roof repair needed from wind damage. He was super responsive and extremely polite. He scheduled the repair just a few days out and in case it rains, he even put a tarp on the roof for temporary protection. And yes he did a fantastic repair!
Then just yesterday I thought there might some roof damage and I called him hoping he come urgently. He said he's coming right away, checked out everything and confirmed it's not the roof (sent me a video as well of when he was up there). Didn't charge me a dime

We couldn't have asked for a better roofing contractor when we replaced our Garage/Sewing Room roof in September. Jamin was so highly recommended by a neighbor, who is a retired contractor, that we didn't bother getting a second quote. His workmanship is quite evident on our neighbor's roof right next door! Jamin and his crew were so wonderful to work with that we have decided to replace our home roof next Spring. Jamin is a true expert and uses only the highest quality materials. Integrity Roofing did a beautiful job right from the start. They were done in three days from start to finish. I was surprised how well organized this project was. From the tear off to the finished gutters there was a lot of attention to the details, cleanliness, and quality. These people were very professional .I know that my roof will last a very long time. Jamin and his crew just finished an install of PVC roofing for our flat, replaced the insulation and did a bang up job laying shingles and gutters on our garage. There was a fair amount of wood rot on both structures which they took care of quickly and for a fair price. They weren't the cheapest quote we received but I'm glad we went with them. This wasn't an easy job but they nailed it.

We wanted to get our roof inspected for solar installation. Jamin came, inspected and said no issues with the roof. Call me after 5 years. It may need some repairs then. Who says like that nowadays! Anyways, as solar panels go up for 25 years, we did get the underlayerment replaced for selected sections of the roof. Their quote was very fair as compared to 3 other quotes that we got. Guys showed up on time, very professional. In the process some tiles got their sides chipped. They could have just left them as such without us ever knowing about them, but they told us about it, took time to find
