From I-75 - Take at the Arthur K Bolton Pkwy/Route 16 exit and head west towards Grffin. Continue west on Arthur K Bolton Pkwy/Route 16 for approx 11 miles until the intersection of Meriwether Street. Turn left on Meriwether Street. We are 1/4 mile ahead on your right. From I-85 - Take the US HWY 27 Exit and head north 500 ft towards Route 16.

Only putting five stars so this shows up. I DO NOT recommend this place. When we moved in our ac was broken. It was months later and cold outside once it was finally fixed. Every time I called the office they never answered. I’ve left messages multiple times and never received a call back. Online it says office is open by appointment only but you can’t get anyone on the phone to set an appointment. I’ve literally had the office personnel walk away from me while I’m talking and also ignored me when I knocked on the office door. This is really frustrating because I’m in the process of moving
