Gate never works. Overcharge on rent and the maintenance people don't know what they are doing.

Absolutely worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We applied and have heard nothing whatsoever since then. Anytime we could get in contact with someone if we could even reach someone we got no information all they would say is “we’ll call you back” or they take your name and number but you never hear back from them. Today alone we have called them over 50 times throughout the day and they only answered ONCE and never contacted us back. It’s been four months since I have moved out and I have yet to receive my security deposit. I have contacted the rental office multiple times and keep getting the runaround. Prior to me moving out, the manager and her assistant did a walk through at my request and found no issues. According to GA law, I was supposed to receive my deposit within 30 days of me moving out. Just shameful.

I recently had a few interactions with Camille. Understaffed and all, Camille has gone above and beyond to address my questions/concerns of things that are within her control in a timely manner.
Although she is the only person on-site for Eagles Brooke currently she handled my concerns with a positive attitude. It also seems that she’s putting together some great things for the community that should make living here an even better experience.

It is now middle of July and the pool is still not opened this is ridiculous no excuses summer will be over soon how hard can it be. This is obviously not a priority to them .

Camille is very helpful! Helped me out MORE than I expected. Went above and beyond.

I have called the office four different times and no one answered . I can not leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full.

The community and apartments are beautiful. The customer service is horrible. The manager onsite, Camille, doesn't know about the apartment community and provides false details. When confronted she has an "it is what it is" attitude without apology. I have asked to have her manager give me a call, but to no prevail. It's really sad and disappointing because the apartments and community are beautiful.

We love living here! Pros...The staff in the leasing office is great! The maintenance request get handled quickly. It's a quiet place to live. The neighbors are nice & keep to themselves. Cons... We 100% hate that there is always old discarded furniture piling up around the dumpster. We live on the side of the dumpster that we have to see it running over everyday. We hate it! It would be really nice if it could be kept up with better. If we had known that we would have asked to move into a unit on the other side of the complex. Nobody or their guest wants to see this. I want to say that 6 months in, this is the best apartments I've lived in. I have had a pleasant time here. From initially viewing the apartment, to living here. It has been a delight. The maintenance team rocks, office team rocks, and I feel comfortable with my neighbors. The grounds are immaculate. The gate has been broken since I moved here but that won't deter me from leaving a 5 star rating. I have had a wonderful time living here.
