Shanna is the bomb.com! Her personality alone reassured us that the villas would be a great first home for my husband and I. We toured with her, she broke down number by number and option by option for us when we were trying to plan a wedding and find a place to live all within the same year. We’ve been here for almost two years and our cozy and quaint apartment has been great. Even in the apartment living bumps in the road: something needing to be looked at or fixed, other tenant concerns, or anything that we just needed to confide in her for she’s been so understanding and willing to go above

I loved living at Villas at South Point. The community is clean and quiet. The office staff is amazing. They are always helpful and attentive. Shanna, Stephanie and Bobbiann were pleasant to deal with. The maintenance staff came out in a timely fashion. They were friendly and professional. Greg was so amazing. He always spoke and asked if everything was okay with my unit. If I had not bought a home, I would’ve stayed.

We lived here for three years. The office staff is wonderful, but my favorite people were our maintenance staff. They care about their tenants and don’t shortcut on their work. When we moved here, Bobbi did everything she could to help our family get a home. Greg, Patrick (P1), and Patrick (P2) always go above and beyond to help the tenants, and care for the property. They weren’t just maintenance staff, they became our friends. I will miss the Villa’s family and the wonderful smiles we were always greeted with. We felt safe and secure here and knowing we could call for help anytime was just

I have been a resident at Villas@Southpoint for 11 years and it has been a great experience for me. It is a very safe and quiet place to live. The office staff are very caring and do everything they can to make being a resident a positive experience. If there is a problem, they are quick to resolve it. The maintenance staff is incredible. Help from them is just a phone call away. They are very professional and take care of any issues in a timely manner. I would not choose to live anyplace else.

The team at Villas were great. Everyone in the office is welcoming and helpful. Bobbi was a Godsend! She was always so kind, helpful and attentive. She supported me throughout my apartment search and the entire time I was a tenant at Villas. She is truly an exceptional person and I am so grateful to have experienced her sweet and delightful spirit. She is the gold standard of exceptional customer service! I’ve had a great experience with the employees and the customer service rendered through Villas at Point South. The maintenance are definitely timely responsive and if there’s any questions that need to be answered the staff are always available to answer those questions. The property is always kept clean and having the amenities to walk and have sidewalk available in the evening to take a nice stroll’s when the weather is nice the park is also neat and clean for the children and everyone in the community seems to be very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my times at Villas at South Point and would not hesitate to move there again if my job took me back to McDonough, GA. The complex is a very safe gated community, with trees and a well manicured landscape. The pool and grilling areas are well maintained. There is a free self car wash for residents as well. If you like shopping, it is very close to restaurants and all types of shops. In addition, you will be forever grateful for the responsive office and maintenance staff.
