Liliana is so amazing!!! She's attentive and creative, and just an overall wonderful person. I went to her to fix a mess up, and her work was so wonderful I became a repeat client. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She's a wizard with hair color.

I Love Liliana~ She is a Master at her profession in facials. She made me feel SO comfortable and relaxed~ The environment and ambiance was right on point. Same as her knowledge at which she shared during the process so fluently giving me so much to come home with as well as her knowledge of all the products without any pressure~ I highly recommend spending time with her and taking a breather while allowing the magic wash over your skin and pores. They do balayage and color really well here. I have gotten color with Ashley (owner) and Melissa, both beautiful. Also got hair extensions for my wedding which was fun.

They do a great natural job with spray tan as well, as it wore off there was no splotching at all.

Only suggestion is I wish they used thinner more natural lashes for the eyelash service. I ended up actually trimming mine down because I was looking for more of a "im blessed with nice lashes" look than a big fake lash look. Then again maybe they do this and I asked for the wrong thing.

I went to Debbie for a haircut and she was fantastic!! She listened to me really well, made great conversation, and made me feel really comfortable. The salon is so adorable and well designed - it looks like a loft you would find downtown with high end finishes and a cozy feeling. Everyone who works there was super friendly and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed working there. I will definitely be going back!!

This was my first time at Levato. I've recently moved from the city to the suburbs and am in the market for a new regular salon. I told my stylist that, and so for a little effort could have easily had a new regular client. It did not seem like she cared about this and the overall quality of my experience was very low. If you're looking to spend $300 on a hair cut and color, go somewhere that appreciates your time, money and business.

The good:
- The salon is taking great precautions during COVID, including distancing, and temperature checks.
-Overall, I'm happy with the color

I just started going to liliana for sugaring and I am hooked! She is amazing! I've had terrible reactions to waxing before but not sugaring! Highly highly recommend her!!!

I've been going to Liliana for my facials and waxing need since before she joined Levato's team. But even thought it's a little bit of a hike from the city, going to Levato to see Liliana is so worth it. Her facials are so relaxing and she tailors the experience/products to your specific needs. She's down-to-earth and gives good advice for improving skin care after the appointment is over. The salon itself is gorgeous and chic, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I recently started coming here only because I took a chance based off the positive reviews I had read. This salon was a little hard to find on my first trip, it's on a side entrance by a restaurant, but once I found it, I absolutely loved it on the inside. The staff is so friendly and kind! I went in to see Liliana for a brow wax and she rocked it! My brows are looking so good and have come back several times since to see her. She's super sweet, funny, and does a great job! I'm coming back for more services and I'm so happy I found Levato! A great salon in Hinsdale!

Best salon I have ever been to, hands down. Walked in on Friday with a hair emergency and couldn’t have been happier with the treatment from the ladies there. Delaney, Melissa, Ashley, Kelly and Kristen seriously came to the rescue, saving my hair and it feels and looks better than I had ever thought it would. Delaney spent hours on my hair and stuck through it, even though she is only training.

You know the saying "you never know what you have til its gone" Well I recently I've moved out of state and I truly miss the services I received from Liliana at Levato Salon and Skin Lab. Liliana is THEE BEST! She made every drive from Chicago to Hinsdale worthwhile. She made me a true convert to the process of sugaring. If you have any hesitation about getting sugared don't, just do it, you won't regret it! Seriously, I do not know why anyone would ever use waxing again! She always kept my eyebrows on point and her mini facials were just the best. She truly cares about

I went to Levato for the first time this weekend and I was so pleased with my experience! I got a cut and color with Kelly and I couldn't have been happier with the results. She listened to what I wanted, spent the time talking to me about pros/cons and things to think about so that I was confident in the changes I wanted to make to my hair. She was so easy going and I felt very relaxed throughout my appointment. The salon is clean and trendy, and I love the Kevin Murphy products they use. I'll definitely be going back!

I've been looking for a new skincare place, and thanks to the rest of these reviews, I have arrived at my new home for facials.

Liliana is straight up amazing. I've gotten my fair share of facials and have never felt so relaxed during. My skin looked and felt radiant after the corrective treatment (my skin is always red and sensitive). She was not pushy with product, but did let me know which ones I would see benefit from. I did not buy this time, but will absolutely buy after my next treatment.

I will continue to haul myself out to Hinsdale from the city to keep getting facials here

After obsessing over Ashely's updos on instagram, I scheduled Levato to do my and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding. Ashley and Kristin did everyone's hair and Kelly did the makeup. My airbrush makeup looked natural and showed up perfectly on our photos. I love that they use products that are natural, and smell amazing. Everything turned out perfectly, and everyone was so happy with how their look turned out. Me most of all! I can't recommend them enough!

I rarely write reviews on Yelp but after my visit to Levato, I simply was so excited that I seemed to have found this hidden gem that I couldn't resist! From the moment I walked in, this trendy salon right in the heart of downtown Hinsdale did not disappoint. Everything just seemed so effortless, from booking the appointment over the phone to even the free parking after 5:00 p.m. on a weekday.

My colorist/stylist was Emily who was super sweet and truly seemed to care about my hair texture and what I had wanted to get out of our session. She was a great conversationist, had tons of tips/recommendations

Levato is an amazing salon with an amazing staff. I trust the staff so much that I typically come without any idea of what I want done to my hair. I let them do what they feel will work best for my hair and have never been disappointed with the results. Everyone on the staff is super talented and a pleasure to spend time with.
I have also hosted a birthday party at Levato and the staff was amazing. They helped us set up and clean for the event and kept the event running smoothly throughout. My friends and family loved being pampered and experiencing the services that Levato had to offer!

The environment at Levato Salon is so positive. You can tell the owner, Ashley loves what she does the second you walk inside. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and truly loves what they do. Ashley has done my hair now for over 10 years and I am always SO happy every time I see her.
