Terza West-Dantzler has been my agent for many years. She is knowledgeable and personable and she, or a member of her team, quickly responds to any questions I have regarding my policies. I contacted Denisse regarding the sale of the car they were insuring in Los Angeles. I cancelled the Auto insurance as I am not purchasing another car in LA. She was very prompt and efficient and got back to me within hours with the confirmation of the cancellation. I have always had great service with Terza West and State Farm. She has been my Agent for over 20 years. She and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and not only understand the Agency side of insurance but also the claims side which sets them apart.
