My experiance with Teni has been really awsome. She knows exactly what she is doing and took her time explaining in details of my policy changes. Teni has been very helpful. She has made every effort to address my concerns, and taken great care to keep me informed of her progress. Thus far, after having provided her with additional relevant information, her efforts have resulted in a reduction in the premium. Now we are awaiting further feedback from underwriting on a final determination on the premium, and any retroactive adjustment that might be applied.

Quick, simple, and absolutely amazing customer service. Teni is a phenomenal agent who actually cared about my needs and asked all the right questions. My previous insurance with infinity had me way underinsured and never asked me half the questions that Teni did, nor did they explain what I was paying for. God forbid if I was ever in a major accident back then I would be totally screwed. I managed to get way higher coverage and for a few dollars less per month than with infinity. Can't say enough good things about this office, thank you so much!!

As a young adult, understanding home owners, auto, and life insurance can be confusing. However, Tara and her staff put all my worries to rest. I now have an agent I can call and speak to right away. I am not calling a 1-800 number pressing 5, transferred to one agent only to be told I am not at the right department. I made the transition from eh,… not even worth the name but it was a horrible experience to say the least.
