I have personally witnessed the transformative gains made as students interact in the corporate environment - Providence Cristo Rey is a great investment from all perspectives! Providence has really impacted me, first of all with Corporate Work Study because I got to work at United Heath Care. We got to experience what it was like to be in an office setting and see what it would be like to be in an entry level job and work our way up from there.
I think the academics at Providence are really preparing us for college because they are challenging in a way that doesn't make me want to quit. My Corporate Work Study experience put me on a path to learning, not just about careers, but how to be a professional.
