3 years ago Aaron's replaced our pool motor. Since then we had to have 2 repair jobs on it. And now we are having to replace it. Aaron's told us that is normal. Except, now I discover, they replaced a 11/2 HP motor with a 1 HP and had to adapt it to a pump that was meant to be used with a 11/2 size. As u can imagine that doesn't and did not work.

I'm so happy I was referred to Aaron's for my pool needs and equipment installation. I was impressed right from the start as a live person answered the phone and directed me to Alex the service manager. Alex is one the best customer service representatives I've ever encountered. The costs were very fair and I couldn't be happier

Unfortunately, I can't provide much of a review for Aaron's Elite Pool Service. Around Halloween, I contacted this company for an estimate on a pool heater replacement and control system upgrade. Their receptionist was pleasant and took all of my information. I also sent them an email about this.
They never contacted me, even after several weeks. Maybe my job wasn't pricey enough for what they're aiming for? In any case, I went with another Lakewood Ranch pool company and am very glad that I did. I found another company that will be my "go to" for any pool needs.

We have used Aaron's Pool Elite Services to replace our broken pool pump, install a new chlorinator and do some additional upgrades to our electric panel and they did a great job, at times even overcoming some hurdles due to our pool being so old. Their staff is knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and courteous. We highly recommend them for your pool equipment! Marina F.

I called Aaron's Elite a few days after July 4, 2016, as the company was a San Juan fiberglass pool installer in the Sarasota area. An appointment was made for 1:00pm on July 20 for the owner, Aaron Burkett, to come to my home to meet with me and go over the details for installation of a San Juan fiberglass pool. For starters, he was late. I think good business practice would be to be on time especially for potentially new business. I would understand being late due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, got tied up on another job, etc. When he arrived, I mentioned that he was

Steer clear of Aaron's pools- they services our pool for several months and never could keep the same pool guy- then the week of Thanksgiving they did not show- we called as our pool was turning green due to over a week of no service and they came and said our phosphates were high and it would be $200 to fix/treat. The called 4 times asking if we would like them to do this over three days- this sounded hoaky to me and so I took two water samples to two separate local stores- both said the water did NOT have high phosphates- WHAT A SCAM! I work from home and they did not service my pool and

I have never bee so outraged by a service company in my life. Not only was Aarons Elite unprofessional saying they would be at the house and never showing up several times...but they left my yard a mess and filled my hot tub full of acid and told me it was ok to get in it. I had all the hair on my body scorched off and burns on my legs and face. Tge hair on my head was so burnt I had to have it cut a half inch from the scalp. I sent e mails and and not o e person from Aarons company called to see if I was ok I had to call them. Aaron never to this day has called to see if I was ok. If I had not

My pool was cleaned well enough and the service personnel were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. But overall, I wasn't happy with the communication I received from week to week. Additionally, I told them for several weeks that I thought I had a leak. Initially I was told that it was evaporation from having my temperature too high. But after I persisted they found a couple of significant leaks. Unfortunately, I paid to have my leaks fixed more than once within several months. Upon receiving the second bill for $300, I paid it and terminated my service.
