We were disappointed with the responses that we had received , for what we knew to be a pretty simple job .
We simply wanted to swap out a pentair pool pump that was ten years old and could no longer keep time after our frequent power outages .
It was like pulling teeth . No one got back to us . What responses we did receive were misinformation and misdirection .
When we first contacted “Pool Guy James “ at Aloha Pool Service in Sarasota he actually replied to our inquiry within hours . We explained what we needed .
We emailed him pictures of our equipment . The next day he provided us

I do work for multiple pool companies and James is by far the best to work for.On a typical job I have to go look at everything lay it out then get supplies and begin work .With James he has all that done and sends me all the details before I arrive so I am always prepared .Besides that he always has such a calm and great attitude and is ALWAYS happy and professional .He is a pleasure to work with !!!!
