I had my first appointment here today. Everyone was extremely nice, courteous, and welcoming. Peggy, Rita, Jessica, and Tabitha all made me feel welcome and heard. Jessica was extremely thorough and her questions and for the first time I felt my concerns were being addressed. She is incredibly relatable, professional, and expansively knowledgeable in her field. I went in there with a concern and she made sure that by the end of it that all of my questions were answered and also made sure that we had a clear plan on what to do after the appointment.

On 2-22-19 I went to Holly Ridge Health Care at opening (8am)My normal dr office was closed on Fridays. One patient was ahead of me. Once the receptionist was done with them I told her the problems I was having with fever, aches etc along with sinus/cold symptoms for a couple weeks. (101 fever was new the night before) She informed me they closed at noon and probably won’t be able to see me due to a full schedule and to try another office. (again just me and the other patient were there because they just unlocked the door when we arrived.) I almost went home to take more OTC meds and rest but

I had only been to HHC once for a TB needed for work. My first visit was quick and staff was very friendly. My second visit today I only waited for maybe 5 minutes, and Jess was absolutely amazing. She listened, she was thorough, and I left feeling confident and supported in my decisions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and my prescriptions were called in right away.

I have to chase my prescriptions, i have to call and call for them to send my prescriptions to express scripts, i shouldnt have to.
Their patient portal messages never get answered for days, i even have to call them and tell them ive sent them a message, a waste of my time and energy. Also i had some blood test results, they were supposed to put on the patient portal but i had to call AGAIN and ask for them to make my results available to me, there was an issue with my results, i had to call and ask about the issue to be told not to worry, i also found out from a different doctor that they hadnt

I don't have insurance and I was determined to wait out my ear infection, but I ended up breaking down and asking around for cheap doctor's offices. This was recommended by a good friend and I was pleased. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the nurse's were great and I was in and out in about an hour as a walk in.

Staff is great I have been going since last year and I am comfortable with my provider Ms.Alicia. My wait time have always been 15 minutes in the lobby and in the room. So far nothing negative to say about anyone at this facility, they are all friendly and great people. Thank you for such wonderful care!

Being on vacation far from home with a sick kid is a nightmare. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours at an urgent care in sneads ferry I called this facility and they got her right in. All of the staff was great and so sweet to my daughter. They helped saved my little girls vacation, couldn't thanks them enough
