As family physicians we are trained in a broad spectrum of diseases and treat all ages. We believe that your family physician should be the first person you call when you have medical questions and that the majority of the time we should have an answer. By developing a close relationship with our patients and managing a broad spectrum of diseases, we hope to decrease confusion created by having too many unnecessary specialists.
We have chosen to partner with several suppliers who we have researched and know carry quality products that deliver what is promised. From pharmaceutical grade supplements, hair restoration to clean skin care products; we can help you choose what is right for you. At Tidal Wellness, Dr. Erin Griffin provides supplements to her patients as needed.
Acupuncture services can treat a variety of ailments from headaches to allergies, smoking cessation, joint pain, and more. These services provided by Andrew Kingoff of Kingoff Acupunture, former member of the NC Board of Acupuncture, and instructor of acupuncture. Pricing available here.

Upon joining Tidal Wellness, all patients will pay an enrollment fee. This fee includes medical services until the end of the month in which the patient enrolls. Then monthly charges begin on the 1st of the next month. Receive a medical grade body composition analysis including consultation with Dr Sasser to review the results.
We have the pleasure of announcing Dr Erin Griffin, DO as the new owner of Tidal Wellness! Dr Griffin is a native of North Carolina. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill for undergrad and obtained her degree of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed residency with Coastal Family Medicine here at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Griffin is thorough and direct. She will investigate until she gets answers. She is solution-oriented, but also listens! She looks at the whole picture, and doesn't stop at the most obvious answer. I've seen the occasional miscommunication between staff members, but they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to feeling better now that I have both validation and answers for all that I've been feeling!

I can include dates, times and even more details & screenshots if they want to argue but they must be aware (maybe even embarrassed) of the terrible service and treatment... and because they are so rude and unprofessional -- and my health has worsened under their care -- here I go.

I moved back to the area middle of last year and have been struggling since to find a doctor who would actually take the time and listen to my concerns and address them. I found Tidal Wellness at the end of last year and am so glad I did! Noelle and Shelley have been nothing but amazing! They truly go above and beyond. They both make sure I am kept in the loop and I'm never having to call for follow ups as they call me first. This was big for me. I have been struggling with weight gain, low energy, brain fog, digestive issues since 2016. I was excited to find this place. I wish I could say something nice, but I listened to everything they told me to do and my symptoms got worse. Warm and welcoming just begin to describe this practice, Dr. Griffin, Noelle and Shelley make you feel like you are the only patient they have. never rushed, great listeners. If you have low energy, need an extra boost, ask about the MIC shots that are made up of various B vitamins. Make all the difference to me and my health. I never would have known about it had Dr. Griffin not explained the benefits to me. Truly fully integrative medicine.

My wife has been with Tidal Wellness for over a year. I just signed up with them last month. We are both extremely satisfied with the care we have received. I am very excited to have found Tidal Wellness! Dr. Lamphier and Alexis are great! Dr. Lamphier listens and seems to genuinely care about her patients. I felt like my concerns were important to her and I didn't feel rushed. Their facility is beautiful and inviting. Thank you, Dr. Sasser, for speaking to our lawyer group and helping with our substance abuse class. You are such an informed speaker and there was something for everyone. Several people were very interested in essential oils and how they interact with medication. I love Tidal Wellness so much - our whole office belongs with a membership. I have saved thousands of dollars, yet gotten better health care and attention, and met the goals I had set when we first joined. The doctors are wonderful and extremely personable and kind. the office is very modern and convenient. I love the text system. Love the products they recommend. I'm very happy with the service I received with my check-up with Tidal Wellness. It's a comfortable atmosphere with very professional staff too! I did not feel any pressure of time constraints and all my questions were fully answered. Dr. Sasser even had awesome advise about OTC supplements in relation to my cholesterol concerns.
