If your personal positions are an extension of you then what are you an extension of? I believe that we as a society should be more aware and more involved in our health so that we can maintain a strong and healthy life. My training philosophy is to have you in a state of independence where you no longer will have to rely on a personal trainer or a coach to deliver your fitness needs.

Starting now, you will be the coach! All of this will be done by 3 fundamental principles that all certified trainers should possess: Motivate, Educate and Assist. Motivate - I know starting a new routine is never easy but I'll be the spark that lights the flame inside you, driving you on the days when you are at your lowest.

Loved working with Lynval!!! He never hesitated putting me to work and only put me closer to my own fitness goals. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trainer

Lynval is a true professional. He challenges me right to my max each rep and each set. He keeps the workouts interesting and motivating. Lynval’s gym is clean and he has plenty of equipment that allows for diverse workouts. I go about twice a week and each workout I notice a huge difference in my performance. I’m losing weight at a sustainable pace and my body is getting TIGHT! Glad I found Lynval to push me towards my goals!
