Rob is easy to work with, professional, and does NOT try to sell or up charge on non-urgent things. Keeps it real and honest with me, and i always feel my vehicle is in good hands.
I also really like the updates online he sends of the work done on my car, so i can see exactly what he checked, comments, and recommendations for the future. Helps me understand, so i can keep my car in better shape. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Robert Warren's since my husband and I moved here 4 years ago. Warren and Rob are incredibly honest and offer very fair prices, I highly recommend this place. I recently went through state inspection and thought about swapping out my original 8 year old car battery, having my trans fluid done, brakes checked and spark plugs replaced, but Rob said my battery was still good, my brakes are still ok (approaching 100k with original front and rear brakes) and that I could hold off on my spark plugs and trans fluid for now. Overall, my 8 year old car is in great shape! Any other

We have gone to Warrens for our car repairs and inspections for 23 years. They are pleasant, professional and really good at what they do! What I really value is that they stand by their work. If something is not right (hardly ever) when our car is returned, they take it back and fix it till it’s right. It feels like we’re seeing old friends when we bring our car there. I highly recommend them!

Ever since we moved to Churchville last August, we've taken our old beaters to Rob's. I appreciate and trust his insight; he is great with detailing what's wrong with your car and sharing options for fixing it. He informs you of prices; he is transparent and sensitive to if individuals can afford having certain work done. Rob is personable and communicates well in person and over phone, showing the care and passion that he puts into his work.
