Walked around this entire store with my husband and no one approached us. Seemed like a group was meeting in the back. One salesman was sitting at his desk texting and when I found someone else he was standing at the counter eating. Neither bothered to even look up and address us. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought my first motorcycle. Matt Trammel helped me pick out a bike that would be good for me to learn on, but also something that I could keep and ride for the foreseeable future. He delivered it to my house and set everything up. I even ordered my helmet through them. The whole buying experience and choosing something that would be a good fit for me was super easy. My son is getting to that age where he’s mentioning getting some REAL toys but we’re not sure yet. I talked to everyone from sales to service and they were happy to explain what everything is (I’m way out of my element!) and address all my safety and maintenance concerns. We’re still deciding how we wanna go but every time I stop in, whoever helps me has been awesome in helping me narrow it down. 10/10 will be buying from them
