We are a Chapel Hill based business that has been operating for several years and have an customer satisfaction record! I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed because we were going to be turning it in for a new car same day. Scheduled it for 11:30am which they confirmed the day before and the morning of. 12 o’clock came around and no one showed and they ignored my calls and texts. My boyfriend called to see where they were and they answered on the second ring. They ended up talking some random stuff and hung up the phone. A tad later someone else from there called reaching out to see if they could still come so I agreed to give them another shot because this person seemed nicer than the &ldquo
