Services
Wash once a day as often as you want with no contract. As a member, your account will be credited monthly automatically on your anniversary date. The plan may be canceled at any time. Simply stop by in person and ask that the service be discontinued at least 7 days before the billing date. We have the latest Tag Recognition (which means no more stubborn stickers) that will recognize your membership subscription.

I purchased the highest package and was very disappointed. Was suppose to get wheels washed and some kind of polish. It might be good for a vehicle with a little dust, but our car was NOT clean. Missed the back completely. Attendant only did driver side front of my car. I won't be going back.

I stopped by Clean Wheels Car Wash in Havelock on my way home from Ocracoke, NC, as my car was covered with debris from tree pollen. The system is very efficient and cleaned my car well. The staff person took time spraying down my car. I lost a small item from my car while there and when I called and emailed my concern, I had a prompt reply letting me know they had found it. I recommend this business to others.

Called multiple times and no one answers the phone, with no voicemail service. Wanted to cancel my membership due to relocation but they had a system problem and couldn’t find my account. I was told that if I was charged then I could call in and get it corrected. When I was charged and called in, I was told I could not get a refund even after I was told otherwise. Also, note that once an account is canceled, you do not get the rest of the month you paid for. This is terrible account and money management.

I gave it 3 stars although today 5/8/2021 7:30 p.m. they would have got 1 star. We had a contract with Wash Works in New Bern for over a year and switched here because we live in Havelock. Whoever runs this place should go there to see how a place should be operated. First off I met the guys who run Wash Works multiple times but I couldn’t tell you who runs Clean Wheels. I cane today and it was busy but for some reason one side was closed which happens regularly. I’ve never seen that in New Bern, and they had no drying/cleaning towels at all but 2 of the guys working were out throwing the football
