At the Dermatology Center of McKinney, we realize how important it is for staff and physicians to work together as a team. Our staff strives to provide a caring environment. We are experienced, understanding and supportive. We are responsive to your needs and keep you informed about your health issues.

Office Report

Patients are expected to pay co-pays, deductibles, and percentages at the time of visit. All deductibles and percentages will be estimates based on insurance provided amounts. Insurance will be billed for covered services and patients will be responsible for any remaining deductible amount. Cosmetic procedures are payable at time of service.

This was my first visit to Dermatology Center of McKinney. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Dr Ralston conducted a thorough exam and located several areas that required attention. Dr Ralston completed the procedure without any issues and his staff provided the necessary follow up. I would highly recommend Dr Ralston to address your dermatology needs.

3 visits - Prescription not called into pharmacy this visit, strange confusion with last prescription that I still don't understand, left in exam room for 35 minutes on one visit, was told someone would contact me to schedule lab work after first visit and waited days before calling the office to find out that an order had been sent and we should have gone already. No appointment reminders sent until day of appointment about 5 hours ahead of appointment time which is kind of tricky since you are supposed to get lab work done 2 days before going (no reminders for this at all). Closed on Mondays

Dr Ralston and staff have been so wonderful to me. I’ve been a patient since 2016 and through all of that I’ve had skin cancer 4 times 3 of which was in the same place and Dr Ralston and his team were amazing in helping me through everything. I’ve told my friends and family about them and I’m a teacher at a preschool now I teach 2/3s and I’ve also told them when needing a dermatologist go to Dr Ralston. I also have NF1 and it causes a lot of issues w the skin as well as neurological and Dr. Ralston and his entire team knew what that was and for me I was speechless and in awe because the

Very happy with Dr. Raulston and the Dermatology Center of McKinney. Dr. Ralston is kind and knowledgeable and makes you feel safe and comfortable. I don’t mind driving a couple of hours each way to be treated by the best. Great staff as well!

Excellent care. P.A. Melissa was great as was Kaitlyn, the medical asst. Renna in the front office was awesome to find a cancelation and squeeze me in. Dr. Ralston popped in to introduce himself as it was my first visit. They all made me feel comfortable that I had come to the right place.

My husband and I both use Dermatology Center of McKinney. The staff is friendly and professional. They were thorough, and took the time to ask questions along with listening to any concerns that I had. Never felt rushed during the appointment. Great experience.
