I felt lost. I'd e-filed with an IRS provided website and it came up with a balance of $5075 owed. I reluctantly opted to pay electronically and transferred the funds. a week later i received an email saying there'd been a syntax error and my return hadn't been processed. I tried to print the return to mail it in but it wouldn't print. I procrastinated until I forgot about it and 7 months later tried to start over and came up owing over $7000. So I called "Our trouble free tax service" and they met with me after work. She stayed late for me bout in only 20-30 min she'd finished and I only owed

I can not tell you how happy I am that this place was recommended to me. Their name is 100% suitable for the services they provide - trouble free. Even during my initial call (with Sandy) to make an appointment, I felt the stress melt away.
From the initial call to sending my taxes off, they were AMAZING! Sandy provided so much valuable info, answered all of my questions (I had many) and explored every option.

If there's ANYONE out there who's had issues with taxes, or desires NOT to have any issues, PLEASE, do yourselves a favor and schedule your appointment asap with two of the best people I've had the pleasure of meeting. True blue professionals, they know they're stuff and they'll get you taken care of correctly. They don't run scared from the IRS because they know what they're doing. Best tax experience ever. And they're extremely familiar with what us military people endure. Thanks guys!
