My family and I have been going to Tampa Multi Services Tax service for about 7 years now. They have been great year after year.
They even went above and beyond helping me with my school loan paperwork and making sure I got the proper deductions that was missed from a previous year by my old big box tax preparer.
I like not just being a number but actually having someone who cares working with me on my taxes and clearly explaining everything.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are family owned and it shows that they care a great deal about their clients. I will not go anywhere else

People at this place do not explain your tax returns. Bad customer service from the preparers especially from this woman 'Gabriela'. Charge high amount of money to prepare a simple tax return. They are careless about their clients. If you are new client, they are expecting only to steal your money because they do not tell you in advance how much they will charge you. They wait until the end of your tax return (refund) to see how much you will get in order to charge you an insane fee for preparing your taxes. I would rate a zero star to this tax business scam if I could!.. Gabriela Carrera is one of the tax preparers at this location that provided me and my husband a horrible tax service experience.
If you want to file a report against any abusive tax preparer or misconduct please call the IRS to ask information in how to report against people like this one, they will help you with any information you might need.
I am really sad, that businesses like this one take advantage of people that request their services and it ends in a bad customer service.

Very disappointed in the service that I received from Gabriela, she was very unprofessional and rude. She provided minimal information to all of the questions that I asked. Also spoke negatively about my family ( practically gossiping) , whom also has used her for their taxes. And lastly charged me an insane amount for changing one line on the form. Which only took 10-20 minutes and she threatened to hold my papers until I payed her ! I do NOT recommend this business.
