Braunig Lake RV Resort is San Antonio's premier RV Park and Campground. Braunig Lake RV Resort combines modern luxury with the wide open country feel of rural Texas. Conveniently located in San Antonio on Interstate 37 South at Exit 130 (3 miles south of Loop 410), we are just minutes south of downtown, the Alamo, the Riverwalk and the Alamo Dome.

Look at our map and you will see we have 266 RV sites either daily or long-term and 4 cabins for monthly rental. Reservations are encouraged by calling the office or going to our website "Reserve Now" tab to reserve a site for you. Nice park but it is the people that work for it set it apart. Gentleman by the name of Steve guided us to our spot and assisted getting us in the perfect spot for hooking up.

Friendly staff, level sites, adaquate space between sit. I down ranked it because of the poor overall maintaince of the place ... Hardly a resort. It was recently sold so hopefully they do owner makes much needed improvements.

Me and my parents had to get an air bnb here and 10/10 would go back the neighborhood so nice and neighbors never caused us problems and the only bugs i saw there were dragon flies. Loved it there.

This resort is amazing!!. Lois in the office was so pleasant booking me a sight. The resort is clean. They're very generous. They give candy to kids and dog treats to dogs. I left my very special canvas bag in the restroom. Couldn't find it for 2 days. Steve the camp host went out of his way to look for it and brought it to me. That meant so much to me!! They have clean bathrooms,a pool, lake and a jacuzzi. And a nice laundry room. Best of all I love how pleasant the whole staff is

Well I have never lived here but heard from customers who do say it's a little pricey but the most secure and quiet, clean place to put your RV for a short or extended stay

Okay so starting off the staff here is nice, amenities awesome, & prime location close to downtown. My issues with this resort was the closeness of the spots. Unless you pay for a double, you are literally on top of your neighbor. The prices were also steep for our short stay. There was a lot of strange people doing stuff they really shouldn't have been doing, one stopped at the rear of our camper and woke up my child because she was screaming.... yes, screaming at her dog to take a s***. Same lady was also acting erratically in the laundry room when I did laundry and it scared me.

A little pricey, in my opinion.
But, its well maintained they have propane on site! Which is a big plus if you're hitting another campground right after leaving.
Fishing pond is nice to look at but the fish don't bite there.
It's not too secluded of a place that there's nothing within miles. There are a couple of good restaurants and convince stores nearby.

Neat, clean pads with the best shore hookup facilities I have used.
Pool and hot tub are open and in excellent condition.
On-site propane filling available and a mini rv store with essentials.
Close enough to stores and restaurants.

The place was nice, well taken care of. I asked for a view of the lake, it was close to it, but not as close as I had expected. It was very cold, so I didn’t get to see the people. My husband met staff and said they were friendly.
It was a convenient place to visit San Antonio.

They promote a site on the Lake, yet behind my site (J-8) was an industrial park that does power coating and is really loud and anoying. They advertise free WIFI, but have a system not supported by Spectrum. You need to buy your own package for around $80.00 per month. My phone service through T-Mobile was shotty too, and even a booster did not resolve the problem. They promote a site that is pet friendly, but they are not. I have a service dog, and they restricted me from any areas that pets were not allowed. They constantly patroled, not to provide securiry, but to document any small infraction
