Expert Engineering Sciences, Inc. (EES) was founded in 2013 by past employees of Krueper Engineering & Associates, David Eisenbeisz and Dale Dunlap, after that company's demise. EES was built on top of what was started and developed by KEA and retained the loyal clients in both the development and litigation industries.

From individual homeowners, to large corporate developers, to cities and counties across the State of California, our engineers have worked to complete projects of all scopes and sizes.
To support student and faculty parking needs during the construction of a new parking structure, EES designed modifications to the existing parking structure and exterior parking lots to bring the campus closer to compliance with the current Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).
