I don't normally write reviews, let alone long ones, but our experience here was so... singular that I feel compelled to do so. Let me start from the beginning of our experience.
First impressions? Not great. The sign for the hotel is shattered, so if we weren't using Google Maps, we wouldn't have known that's where we were. The building has tons of paint touch-ups on the outside that are in the wrong color of paint, adding to the shabby appearance of the exterior.
Our room was on the second floor, so we knew we'd have to be climbing the stairs, as we could see the elevator

I may very well be in the room shown in this marketing pic. This place is not at all like what is shown. I didnt think to look at Yelp before getting here. I am darned foolish for that.
Hands down this is the worst condition place I have ever stayed in - by far - and Ive stayed in some dives.
The first room reeked of cigarettes - not just one night of someone smoking. The second room sheets had cigarette holes and ink stains. They gave me another set to change on my own - these are torn and not in good shape.
One lamp shade is drawn on.
There is no phone to call the front desk.

Woke up in middle of night being eaten alive by bedbugs. I had 20 bites just on one arm. I used to work at a hotel so informed the front desk manager in the morning discretely and asked to have someone call me back regarding this issue. Waited 2 days since it was on a weekend but still have not received a call and it is Monday evening. Did not want to leave a review but since they don't care enough to call me about this serious issue I feel I have no other choice. I would never stay there again. I am also a travel agent and will not recommend anyone to stay there. I only shared a few of the bites

The overnight clerk locks the door then complains when she has to get up to unlock the door. I had to leave for work around 4:30am and I got to the one and only door of the hotel that is not a fire exit and to my surprise it was locked and the clerk wasn't around. I waited for a good 15 minutes for her return just to go to work. I will NEVER stay here again.

I can't disagree with any of the other reviews on here, this place is in pretty sad shape. We stayed on a whim, one of those choose your price and we'll surprise you with a hotel deals. When we pulled up, it looked a bit sketchy, a bit run down, and yeah, there was a homeless guy in the lobby, but he passed us without incident. The clerk at the desk was very nice, and checked us in.
As we walked up the stairs to our room my trepidation increased as we saw the crumbled plaster on the floor that had not been vacuumed, the railing that was loose, and other anomalies, but we continued

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was easily the TRASHIEST hotel I have ever seen/stayed in. Everything was filthy, smelled horrible. We arrived 3 hours after we were told we could check in and our room was not ready. Not only that but they had overbooked and we're trying to fix broken things to give people rooms. They tried to offer us a room without curtains so I requested a different room. The new room we got had windows that wouldn't shut, mold, filthy floors, a toilet that wouldn't flush, ripped bedsheets, and the bathtub faucet was disconnected from the wall. The one thing

When we arrived it had just started raining, within minutes of getting into our room water was pouring in through the plaster above the windows. We went down and told the desk person and she let us switch to another room, I told her I would check it first, went into that room (on a different outside wall of the hotel) and it was flooding in through the same area even worse. Went back to the desk and she had one more room on the 2nd floor, when we went up the floor was all wet in the hall and you could see water running down the stairs, went up to the 3rd floor to see what was going on, a light

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! There were many things that were broken, falling a part, and not cleaned. The bathroom door wasn't even on its hinges making it not able to open or close. The toilet paper roll was broken and not even fully on its screw. The floors were disgusting as they weren't even all fully vacuumed and were sticky. The whole hotel itself reeked of cigarettes and had a musty smell. During our stay, the hotel started flooding on the first floor and some rooms because of the rain. After our stay, they charged my card for over $100 even though I had already

It's difficult to write a 1-star review especially during times when many businesses have been affected by the pandemic. However, this was by far the worst hotel experience Ive had in my many years of traveling. The information in this review was also provided to Expedia, in writing, and in great detail.
I booked this hotel through Expedia and the photos and amenities listed were disingenuous. My first issue was the wifi. Wifi is a very important amenity and one which I filter for when searching for hotels. I was not provided wifi information upon check-in, and when I tried unsuccessfully

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They've obviously done some renovation work, and I'm sure the rooms were nice when they were first finished. They're nowhere near that condition today though.
When we arrived, there are literally drug addicts passed out in the last stall of the covered parking. They're out there all day every day. There is a bench near the front door where 1-3 degenerates hang out at all hour of the day sifting through the cigarette butt receptacle for gold.
When we entered, we had to wait for attention from the front desk. Checkin

It is sad that I have to give this a one star. A line from "Down Periscope" came to mind: I need a tetanus shot just looking at the room. Toilet clunked every time sitting. Black something in the corners of the bathroom. Towels old and small. Had to ask staff for shower curtain and more towels, but they had to be dug out of bowels of the laundry room--not readily available. No wast paper basket. The 4 bubble trip advisor reviews don't apply to this property. I'm surprised that this property is in the Hotwire inventory. Sadly we bought this as a hot buy, so we could not leave

1 Star motel remodeled slightly to look like a 2 star hotel. It seems like they took a LOT of shortcuts while remodeling, in order to save money.
CAUTION - Do not stay in room 303! The bathroom door does not close properly. You have no privacy in the bathroom if you are staying with someone else. The sink does not drain either. It seemed liked it was clogged up by hair from others who stayed there before. There was no toilet paper holder to put the toilet paper roll. We told management about the issues during our stay and nothing was done to fix it. There was also no ironing board or iron present

This was my first time at this hotel and to be honest I wish I had put in extra money to stay at a better place. The only reason I give this two stars was the service. The front desk and cleaning staff were incredibly helpful. From the minute I stepped in to the minute I stepped out, everyone I met was amazing. The reasoning for my rating was the actual location. Under the washroom sink it was super dirty with a big ball of hair. The beds made me feel super itchy all night. My coffee machine didn't work. The water in the shower didn't work for two hours (even though they worked hard to

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown, has extremely friendly staff, a cool looking lobby (which I feel like they spent most of their money on), comfortable beds, and free parking... but there are a few downfalls.
- The walls are paper thin. I could hear the TV next door and the other guests' entire conversations.
- The bathroom of the room I stayed in had trash from underneath the sink from a previous guest.
- The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in and the caulking looked moldy on the floor.
It's a good place to stay if you're wanting

I continue to be amazed at the value you can get these days in hotel rooms. I picked the 402 because I wanted to get 2 rooms, and it was cheap. I would have been happy with a TV, a bed, and a working bathroom for that price.
But, the place is really nice. The decor is modern, and the beds are comfortable. The TV has a bunch of stations. And, there are really good complementary cookies at the front desk.
But, it actually gets better. You get complimentary drink tickets: you get your choice of beer or wine. That's not the top quality stuff, but it's a nice touch. And, I'm not sure

Ouch, really disappointing. Was excited to stay here after such amazing results at the 316 Hotel in Wichita, which is part of their chain. Standards don't seem to be upheld here.
Checked in around 11pm. But room was used (towels used, bedsheets messy, and empty soda cans on desk). Went back down to change rooms. Overnight guy was nice and changed us to 2nd floor. Asked to be put away from the other guests who were bringing in pizza, drinks, and other "substances," most likely to be having a party. Second room had door latch holding door open.

Checked in, went to the room, spent 5 minutes and left.
Don't stay here. It is dirty and sketchy. Sketchy like I'm surprised the hotel doesn't have an hourly rate. The elevator smelled like the gears were burning. It smelled like someone was smoking pot in their room, the carpet was soiled and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed since it was installed, the door to my room didn't latch right and the lock didn't engage. When I left, I told the receptionist at the front desk what my concerns were.. his response? "That's understandable." So they know this
