Love the privacy with not hearing who stay next door... Goes a long way

Everything here was good have no complaints would recommend anyone to come to this one

They charged me 70 and 20 dollor cash deposit... On check out they informed me that a towel had some hair dye on it and where keeping my 20 I told them I would bring them a new white towel after work. After work showed up with a new white towel then the desk clerk said it wasn't the same make so I told her to give me the stained one so I could get the same kind then she informed me that they threw it away. It was just a big scam for 20 dollors I will never get a room there again r recommend it to anyone

I was looking for ESPN I want to watch Tampa Bay vs Washington she told me it is my job to look up the Channel online sounds like they really love their customers

I have wanted to stay at the Satellite Motel since I first saw it 17 years ago. I finally stayed for my anniversary and it was wonderful! It was quiet, clean and very unique. The main lobby area smelled a bit smoky but our room didn't have a whiff of smoke whatsoever. The room was updated and spacious; I could also tell it was very clean. I never use the covers in motels and hotels so it was a non issue that the blanket had a small hole. We just tossed it to the side and used a blanket we brought from home. The sheets were immaculate and fresh.
The shower is huge and has very strong water pressure

I give this place 1 stars. I stayed here for two weeks with no issues beside catching the lady from behind the counter in my room snooping through things. (I did not raise an issue with her over it) but when I waned to collect my deposit at check out she refused because I had a friend stop by a couple of times.

Nice, quiet location. Clean rooms, amiable staff. Checked in late and were out early with no issues. Not the best view with a car lot immediately next door, but otherwise the curtains kept the room dark enough.

I've been staying here a few days and I really like it. The description "Cozy - Casual" is accurate. Staff is helpful and friendly, bed comfy, love the balcony/"observation deck". I actually enjoy it in the evenings and it has a great view of eastbound L street.
